The Board of Directors ofCAB Cakaran CorporationBerhad ("the Company") is pleasedto annouce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening theFifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") dated25January2017 were duly passed at the15th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the15th AGM is attached herewith.
