The Board of Sern Kou Resources Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") of the Company dated 23October 2019were duly passed as Ordinary/ Special Resolutions by way of a poll at the 19th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 26November 2019at 11.00 a.m.

The results of the poll which were validated by Ms Lim Szee Ying,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
