The Board of Directors of Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad ("IRETEX " or "the Company") wishesto announce thatthe resolutions set out in the Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of the Company dated 31 October 2019 which the 17th AGM washeld today were duly passed by the Shareholders of the Company by way of poll voting, except for the Resolution 8 which was not carried
The poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the validatedresults are set out in the attachment.
