IRE-TEX CORPORATIONBERHAD ("Ire-Tex" or "the Company") - Fourteenth Annual GeneralMeeting ("14th AGM")

The Board of Directors of Ire-Texwishes to inform that all the resolutions as per the Notice of the 14th AGM dated 29 April 2016, except for Resolution 2, were duly passed at the 14th AGM of the Company.

As stated in the Notice of the 14th AGM, Resolution 2 is in respect of the re-election of the retiring Director, Mr. Na Chiang Seng. As Mr. Na Chiang Senghas expressedhis intention of not seeking forre-election as Director of the Company, Resolution 2 was regarded as irrelevant and as such, it was not put forward for voting at the 14th AGM.
