Outcome

The Board of Boon Koon Group Berhad (“the Company”) would like to announce that the shareholders of the Company had approved the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 16 March 2017 at EGM of the Company held on 31 March 2017.

The resolution was approved by way of voting on poll and the results of the poll are as per the attachment herein.

The results of the poll were validated by Niche Unity Consultants Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

This announcement is dated 31 March 2017.
