We refer to Company   s announcements dated 23 February 2017, 19 May 2017, 22 August 2017, 15 November 2017 and 30 November 2017 in relation to the restraining orders granted by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (   High Court   ) to the Company, THHE Fabricators Sdn. Bhd., THHE Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd. and O & G Works Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the    Applicants   ) pursuant to Section 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (   Act   ).


The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the results of the court convened meetings (   CCM   ) of the secured scheme creditors of the Company. In order for the resolutions to be carried, they must be agreed to by a majority representing 75% in value of the Scheme Creditors or class of Scheme Creditors present and voting either in person or by proxy at the CCM in accordance with Section 366 of the Act.


The voting was conducted by poll and was calculated and verified by Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng Governance Sdn. Bhd., independent scrutineers. The results of the poll are as follows:
