The Board of Directors of Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's TwentiethAnnual General Meeting held on 29 November 2016 were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results havebeen duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd.
