Outcome

The Board of Directors of A-Rank Berhad is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 10 December 2014 at 10.00 a.m., the shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the matters and resolutions inclusive of those resolution under Special Business stated in the Notice of Meeting together with the notes thereon.


The Directors namely Tuan Haji Ahmed Azhar Bin Abdullah and Mr Wong Tze Kai retire pursuant to Article 112 of the Company's Articles of Association were duly re-elected as Directors of the Company.
