The Board of Directors ofKawan Food Berhad ("KAWAN") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15thAGM") dated 30 April2019were duly passed at the 15th AGM of KAWAN held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 15th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by KAWAN. The details of the poll results are set out below.
