The Board of Directors ofKawan Food Berhad ("KAWAN") wishes to announce that the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") are set out in the attachment.

All resolutions put to the EGM were decided by way of a poll and the resultsof the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by KAWAN.
