On behalf of the Board of Directors of P.A. ResourcesBerhad("PA"), we are pleased to announce that at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") of PA held on 24 November2017, the shareholders of PAhad approved all the resolutions referred to in the Notice of 12th AGM dated 31 October2017.

All the resolutions weredetermined by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by Ms. Siow Pui Yee, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
