The Directors of Tanjung Offshore Berhad ("Company") wish to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting(“12thAGM”) held this morning passed the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 12thAGM dated 27April2016 by way of a show of hands except for Ordinary Resolution 2which was not put to the shareholders for voting as Dato’ Maheran bte Mohd Sallehhas resigned as Director prior to the AGM date.
