The Board of Directors of Tomei Consolidated Berhad wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 19April 2018 were duly passed at the AGM held today, 17 May 2018.

The resolutions were voted on by poll and the results of the poll were verified by Lawco Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
