The Board of Directors of Tomei Consolidated Berhad wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 12th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 April2017 were duly passed at the AGM held today, 23 May 2017.

The resolutions were voted on by poll and the results of the poll were verified by Niche & Milestones International Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The results of the poll is attached herewith.
