NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at No 1, Jalan Sri Plentong, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor Darul Ta'zim on Monday, 29 July 2013 at 3.00 p.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment of the Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at the same venue on the same date at 2.30 p.m., whichever is later, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, a copy of which is attached herewith.

The Board of Directors of Power Root Berhad ("Power Root") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 28 June 2013, tabled at the EGM held on 29 July 2013 at No. 1, Jalan Sri Plentong, Taman Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor, was duly passed by the shareholders of Power Root.
