Outcome

The Board of Directors of Power Root Berhad ("Power Root" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 27 August 2018, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 31 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll.

The results of the poll were duly certified by Scrutineer Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
