Vertice Berhad ("Vertice" or the "Company")wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") ofVerticeheld today, the ordinary resolutionset out in the Notice of EGM dated 19 November2020 wasduly passed by the shareholders of the Company.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.
