Vertice Berhad("Vertice" or the "Company") wishes to announce thatat the 12th Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") of Vertice held today, all the Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of 12th AGM dated 31 July 2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of Vertice.

The voting in respect of theresolutionswas carried out by way of a poll andthe resultswere validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.
