The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad ("NGGB")wishes to announce that the shareholders of NGGBhave at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting("EGM")held this morning, approved the resolutionas set out in the notice of EGM dated 25 October 2019("Resolution").

The voting in respect of theResolutionwas carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd.,an independent scrutineer appointed by NGGB. The voting results are set out below.
