Outcome

The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad (formerly known as BHS Industries Berhad)("NGGB")wishes to announce that the shareholders ofNGGB have at the 13th Annual General Meeting("13th AGM")held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of13th AGM dated 31 October 2018("Resolutions").

The voting in respect of theResolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd.,an independent scrutineer appointed by NGGB. The voting results are set out below.
