The Board of Ewein Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce thatall resolutions as set out in the Notice of ThirteenthAnnual General Meeting ("13th AGM") dated 30 April2019were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 13th AGM of the Company held on 26 June 2019.
The results of the poll were validated by Mega Business Consultancy Division, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
