The Board of Directors of Handal Resources Berhad ("Handal" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the SpecialResolutionset out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 12 July 2019 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 5 August 2019.

The results of the poll was validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
