Outcome
The Board of Directors of Handal Resources Berhad (the "Company")is pleased to announce that at its 9th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")held on Thursday, 25 May, 2017,the shareholders of the Company have approved and passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 27 April 2017.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng Governance Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
