Dialog Group Berhad would like to inform that at its 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on14 November 2018, the shareholders of the Company have approved all items tabled under the Notice of meeting by poll. The results of the poll were validated by Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The Directors, Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat, Puan Zainab Binti Mohd Salleh, Dato' Ismail BinKarimandTunku Alizakri Bin Raja Muhammad Aliaswere duly re-elected as Directors of the Company.

The following resolutions which were tabled under Special Business were approved:-
