On behalf of the Board of Directors of Yinson Holdings Berhad ("YHB"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (being the Joint Adviser for the Proposed Disposal and Adviser for the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance) and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (being the Joint Adviser for Proposed Disposal) are pleased to inform that the resolutions in respect of the Proposed Disposal and Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance as set out in the Notice of Extraodinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 22 September 2014 were duly passed by the shareholders of YHB at the EGM held today.
