On behalf of the Board of Directors of Yinson Holdings Berhad ("Yinson" or the "Company"),we wish to inform that the shareholders of Yinson have, at the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 31 May2019.

The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
