The Board of Directors of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad ("TWPH") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") of TWPH dated 6 May 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 24th AGM of TWPH. The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn. Bhd.), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by TWPH.
