The Board of Directors of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad ("TWPH") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of TWPH dated 28 September 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of TWPH. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by TWPH.
