Outcome
The Board of Directors of GLBHD wishes to announce that the shareholders of GLBHD have at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") held on 30 November 2012 approved all the resolutions including three ordinary resolutions and one special resolution under the Special Business as set out in the Notice of the 18th AGM dated 8 November 2012 by show of hands except for resolution no. 5 that has been withdrawn and not tabled for the shareholders' approval at the 18th AGM. The withdrawal of the resolution no. 5 was announced on 22 November 2012.
