The Board of Directors of VTI Vintage Berhad ("VVB") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of VVB have at its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on 8 September 2014 approved the Special Resolution in relation to the proposed change of the Company's name from "VTI Vintage Berhad" to "ML Global Berhad" as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 15 August 2014.
