Outcome
The Board of Directors of MGB Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Company's Notice of 17th Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") dated 25 April 2019 were duly passed by shareholders of the Company at the said 17th AGM held today, 18 June 2019.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out below.
