ASIA BRANDS BERHAD ("ABB" or "THE COMPANY") - FORTY-FOURTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that all of the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("44thAGM") dated 25July2019 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 44thAGM held today. All of the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 44thAGM are set out below.
