Rapid Synergy Berhad ("Rapid" or "the Company") wishes to announce that at the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") of the Company held today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 23rd AGM dated 27th April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs Value Creator Consultancy, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
