The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that allResolutions as set out in the Notice of 43rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 May 2019 wereduly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 43rd AGM held today.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
