Outcome
The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("Company") wished to announce that allresolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31 May 2017 and tabled at the 41st AGM of the Company held today, 13 July 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
