The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("Company ) wishes to announce that allResolutions as set out in the Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM ) dated 31 May2018wereduly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 42nd AGM held today.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
