NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Fifty-First Annual General Meeting ("51st AGM") of the Company will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 19 September 2013 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 51st AGM, a copy of which is attached herewith.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Fifty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 September 2013 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
