The Board of Directors of Daibochi Plastic And Packaging Industry Bhd is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company have approved the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated April 30, 2018 at the Company's AGM held on June 8, 2018. All the resolutions were voted by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. NeedsBridge Advisory Sdn. Bhd., theIndependent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
