The Board of Directors of ATA IMS Berhad ("ATA IMS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution set out in the Notice of the 30thAnnual GeneralMeeting ("30th AGM") dated 29 July 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at its30th AGMheld today. Asia Securites Sdn. Bhd. was appointed to act as Scrutineer to validate thevotes cast at the meeting.

The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
