The Board of Directors of ATA IMS Berhad (formerly known as Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad) ("ATAIMS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutionsset out in the Notice of the Twenty-Nineth Annual GeneralMeeting ("29th AGM") dated30 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at its29th AGMheld today. The Scrutineer,Asia Securities Sdn. Bhd. was appointed to validate theresults of the poll. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
