The Board of Directors of Public Packages Holdings Berhad ("PPH") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of PPH dated 14 August 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of PPH held today. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. V.M. Mohan, Fareed & Co., the independent scrutineer appointed by PPH.
