Kuantan Flour Mills Berhad ( " KFM" or " The Company") NOTICE OF TWENTY NINTH (29TH) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Further to the Company’s announcement dated 30th August 2013, the Company wishes to make the following additional explanation in the Explanatory Notes on Special Business for Resolution 6 of the Agenda stated in the Notice of Twenty Ninth (29th ) Annual General Meeting : Explanatory Notes on Special Business As at the date of this Notice, no new shares in the Company were issued pursuant to the mandate granted to the Directors at the last Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2012 and which will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This announcement is dated 2nd September 2013

The Company is pleased to inform the Exchange that at the Twenty Ninth Annual General Meeting (“29^th AGM”) of the Company held on Thursday, 26^th September 2013 , all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the said Annual General Meeting dated 2^nd September 2013 have been duly approved by the shareholders of the Company
