Outcome
The Company is pleased to inform the Exchange that at the Thirty-FourthAnnual General Meeting ("34thAGM") of the Company held on Wednesday, 27 February 2019, all resolutions as set out in the notice convening the said Annual General Meeting dated 31January 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.
The voting in respect of all the resolutions was carried out by way of poll, results of which was validated byLawco Corporate ServicesSdn. Bhd., being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the poling in respect of all the resolutions at the AGM is listed below and also attached herewith.
