Outcome
The Board of Directors of Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutionsset out in the notice of 29th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 27 July2018were duly passed at the 29th AGM, which was held on 25August 2018.
All resolutions tabled at the AGM were voted by poll and results of the poll were validated by Abdul Raman Saad & Associates, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
