The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("Pansar") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Pansar have at the Forty-Second (42nd) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 28 July2016 morning passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 5 July 2016.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Ernst & Young, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
