The Board of Directors of Sinotop HoldingsBerhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 23 November 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today by way of poll.

The independent scrutineer appointed by the Company for the counting of votes is Mr. Lee Chiew Ho.
