The Board of Directors of Federal Furniture Holdings (M)Berhad ("FFHB") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of FFHB dated 28March 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of FFHB held today. The results of the poll were validated by TF Lee Lum Associates, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by FFHB.
