The Board of Directors of FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS BERHAD (formerly known as Federal Furniture Holdings (M) Berhad)("FIHB") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("35th AGM") of FIHB dated 31 October 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 35th AGM of FIHB held today. The results of the poll were validated by TF Lee Lum Associates, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by FIHB.
