The Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. ("TRB") is pleased to announce thatall the 10 resolutionsset out in the Notice of the Forty-Third AnnualGeneral Meeting("43rd AGM") dated 31 March 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders ofTRB by way of pollat TRB's43rd AGMheld on 25 April 2017.
The results of the poll have been duly verified by Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by TRB.
