Outcome
The Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. ("TRB") is pleased to announce that all the 11 resolutions set out in the Notice of the Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("45th AGM") dated 25March 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of TRB by way of poll at TRB's 45th AGM held on 23 April 2019.
The results of the poll have been duly verified by Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by TRB.
Theresults of the poll and the press release are as set out in the attachment.
